Cross River State Ministry of Finance Incorporated (CRSMOFI), 1959
CRSMOFI was established under the provisions of Sections 2 and 3 of the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) Act of 1959 as an asset holding entity under the Cross River State Ministry of Finance.

With a mandate to manage the investment interests, estates, easements, and rights of the state, CRSMOFI serves as a pivotal institution in supporting the government's efforts to tackle economic challenges and drive economic revitalization.

Throughout its decades-long existence, CRSMOFI, empowered by its enabling Act, has overseen a vast portfolio of state investments. This includes managing a variety of assets across over 130 classifications, including Government-Owned Entities (GOEs) and Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), in many of which it holds a majority stake.
